What will you do as a Sales Agent?
•Client acquisition and development: Identify, visit, and establish relationships with new clients, including independent stores, retail chains, and specialized resellers in your assigned region.
•Sales negotiation and closing: Present Depesche’s products, build trust-based relationships, and close sales agreements.
•Reporting and sales strategies: Provide regular updates to the Italy Sales Manager and implement targeted strategies to meet revenue goals.
•Business development: Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer network in both retail and wholesale sectors.
•Customer care: Act as the primary point of contact for regional customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?
🔹 At least 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
🔹 Excellent communication and sales skills, with an empathetic and determined approach.
🔹 Fluent in Italian and a second language (English or German, B2-C1).
🔹 Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.

What to expect:
- Consultancy on the complete product portfolio and service portfolio, also on site, with the aim of offering the most suitable products to dealers and end users
- Active customer support and advice to sustainably strengthen the supplier-customer relationship; as part of it, extensive travel (approx. 50%)
- Constant observation of the market and competition
- Documentation of all visits, measures and other activities
- Systematic data creation and maintenance of the supported customer base
- Preparation of reports, presentations, statistics, etc.

Anforderungsprofil
You are the right fit for this position if your profile meets the following requirements:
- Completed vocational training, possibly a degree
- Language skills: Italian (C2), English or German (min. B2)
- Residence preferably in the north of Italy
- At least 5 years of professional experience in key account management, ideally in B2B consulting
- Basic understanding of technology and design and an interest in cutting/knives/blades
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and use of an ERP system
- Confident appearance with customers, rhetoric and convincing presentation methods as well as enthusiasm
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very independent way of working
- Willingness to travel and ability to work in a team, strategic and conceptual-analytical thinking
- Strong organizational skills and reliability

Anforderungsprofil
Se il/la candidato/a ideale se hai:
- diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo economico - finanziario
- esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente presso Studi professionali strutturati e modernamente organizzati o aziende internazionali
- ottima conoscenza della contabilità generale e delle normative fiscali (Tuir e IVA)
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1), la conoscenza della lingua tedesca (B1) è un forte plus
- attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi; flessibilità, dinamicità e motivazione
- ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; attitudine al lavoro in team
- buona conoscenza, pacchetto Office: Word, Excel e dei tool di posta elettronica
- la conoscenza del gestionale Datev Koinos costituirà un plus
